Normal Phenomena of Life is a groundbreaking biodesign concept store aimed at inspiring biophilic living. More than just a sustainable brand, it introduces biotech-enabled products such as limited edition prints made with algae-based inks, garments dyed with pigment-secreting bacteria, and bioconcrete objects fabricated by microbes. We co-developed the concept and strategy with the team at Faber Futures, overseeing the commissioning of development partners across product and brand building. This included working with design agencies, web developers, writers, artists, and product designers. We also managed the project's organizational structure and budgets for development and launch.
